What is Liberty Card?
Liberty Card is Liberty Bank's Visa and Mastercard payment gateway (TXPG), letting WooCommerce stores accept 3D Secure card payments from Georgian and international customers. Quickpay's WooCommerce plugin connects your store to Liberty Card in minutes, with no integration code to write yourself.
Liberty Bank handles the card acquiring and 3D Secure authentication; Quickpay handles the technical integration — authenticated API calls to Liberty's TXPG gateway, redirect-based payment confirmation, and signed webhooks — so your WooCommerce store just shows Liberty Card as a normal payment method at checkout. The customer is redirected to their own bank's secure 3D Secure page to confirm the payment, then returns straight to your order confirmation page.

Does the Liberty Card WooCommerce plugin cost anything?
The Quickpay plugin itself is free. You pay only for the Liberty Card gateway module you activate in your Quickpay dashboard — a domain-licensed subscription with a free tier for low volume. Quickpay never takes a percentage of your sales.
Do I need my own Liberty Bank account?
Yes. You bring your own Liberty Bank e-commerce merchant credentials, the same way you'd bring your own BOG or TBC merchant account. Quickpay never uses a shared account on your behalf.
Is 3D Secure required for every payment?
Yes. Every card payment through Liberty Card is verified with the cardholder's own bank via 3D Secure before it settles, which helps protect both you and your customers from fraud.
Can I refund or reverse a Liberty Card payment from WooCommerce?
Yes. Full or partial refunds are issued directly from the WooCommerce order screen, and a same-day payment can be reversed before settlement. Quickpay calls Liberty Bank's refund and reversal APIs and updates the order status automatically.
Is my customers' card data safe?
