Common questions
Do I need my own BOG or TBC merchant account?
Yes — QuickPay is a gateway aggregator, not a payment processor. You bring your own merchant credentials from BOG, TBC, Credo, or any supported provider. We connect them together and handle the checkout, notifications, and reporting.
Do I need to be a registered company?
That depends on your bank's merchant requirements, not QuickPay's. Many banks allow individual entrepreneurs to open merchant accounts. QuickPay itself has no entity requirement to sign up and explore the platform.
Can I use QuickPay without a website at all?
Yes — completely. Create a checkout link in 2 minutes and share it via Instagram, WhatsApp, or email. Or build a free landing page on landingpage.ge. No website, no WooCommerce, no developer needed.
What's the difference between a Lead and a Customer?
A Lead filled a form on your landing page but hasn't paid yet — assign them to an operator, call them, track their status. A Customer completed a payment. Both live in the same dashboard.
How long does it take to go live?
If you already have bank merchant credentials, you can be live in under 10 minutes. Sign up → create a brand → enter credentials → share a checkout link or install the WooCommerce plugin.
Is my customers' card data safe?
Card data never touches QuickPay servers. When a customer pays, their details go directly to the bank's secure environment. We only receive a status callback. Merchant credentials are encrypted with AES-256 at rest.
