Email replies land within 24 hours, and usually much sooner. Telegram and WhatsApp messages are typically answered within a few hours during business hours (Mon–Fri, 10:00–19:00 Tbilisi time).
Please include your brand name, the gateway involved (e.g. BOG Card, TBC Installment), the payment UUID or order ID if you have one, and a screenshot of any error message. This lets our team investigate immediately without a back-and-forth.
Not yet — Telegram and WhatsApp give faster response times than a phone queue for most merchants. For urgent live-payment issues, mark your message as urgent and our team will prioritise it.
