Accept Georgian payments
inside WHMCS
A native WHMCS payment gateway module. Clients pay invoices with any Georgian bank card, installment plan, or QR — all via the hosted qpy.ge payment page.
21 gateways
BOG, TBC, Credo, Keepz and more — all in one module
3-field setup
API key, webhook secret, done — no code required
0% platform fee
Quickpay never touches your revenue
Auto invoice sync
Webhook marks invoices Paid automatically
Built for WHMCS natively
A proper gateway module — not a redirect hack. Every WHMCS invoice flow is covered.
Native gateway module
Registers as a real WHMCS payment gateway — clients see it in client area and admin area.
Per-gateway selection
Enable each Georgian gateway independently with its own logo and display name.
Automatic invoice status
Webhook transitions invoices from Unpaid to Paid the moment the customer's bank confirms payment.
HMAC webhook verification
Every callback is signed with HMAC-SHA256 and verified before any invoice is updated.
No card data on your server
Card handling happens entirely on the bank's secure qpy.ge payment page — WHMCS never sees card details.
Test mode
Test keys never reach a real bank. Swap one key to go live.
Gateway icons
Branded SVG logos for each Georgian bank displayed in the client invoice view.
GEL currency
Configured for Georgian Lari (GEL) — the standard currency for all Georgian bank gateways.
API key auth
Authenticate with your brand's Quickpay API key — no OAuth or certificate setup.
Debug logging
Toggle detailed request/response logging from the module settings for quick troubleshooting.
English & Georgian admin
Admin labels and client-facing text ship in both English and Georgian.
Auto-update check
The module checks for new versions from the Quickpay dashboard and prompts you to update.
Invoice payment in two flows
Both the standard client-pay flow and admin manual verification are covered out of the box.
Hosted payment page
Client clicks Pay Invoice → redirected to qpy.ge → selects gateway → pays → webhook marks invoice Paid and sends confirmation email automatically.
Admin verification
Admin can manually verify any payment from the WHMCS module settings — useful for bank transfers or when a webhook is delayed.
Connect every Georgian gateway
Bring your own bank merchant accounts — the module works with all of them.
Live in minutes

Activate in WHMCS
Go to WHMCS Admin → Setup → Payment Gateways → All Payment Gateways → activate Quickpay.

Standard WHMCS hosting is all it takes.
Questions, answered
Which WHMCS versions are supported?
The module supports WHMCS 8.0 and later. It has been tested on WHMCS 8.x. If you run an older version, please update WHMCS first.
Does Quickpay charge a platform fee?
No. Quickpay never takes a percentage of your sales. You pay only for the gateway modules you activate. The bank's own processing fee goes directly to your bank.
Do I need my own bank merchant credentials?
Yes. You bring your own BOG, TBC, Credo or other credentials. Quickpay connects them — we never use shared accounts.
Is card data stored on my WHMCS server?
No. Card entry happens on the secure qpy.ge payment page hosted by the bank's gateway. Your WHMCS server never sees card details.
How do refunds work in WHMCS?
Refunds are initiated from the Quickpay merchant dashboard. Once processed, you can manually update the invoice status in WHMCS. Automatic refund callbacks are on the roadmap.
How do I test before going live?
Use a test API key (starts with qpk_test_). Test keys route payments through the gateway sandbox and never charge a real card. Swap to a live key when ready.
