What is Keepz?
Keepz is a Georgian payment platform that lets customers pay by bank card, open banking (a direct bank-to-bank transfer, no card needed), or by scanning a QR code. Quickpay's WooCommerce plugin connects your store to Keepz in minutes, with no encryption code to write yourself.
Keepz handles the acquiring and settlement; Quickpay handles the technical integration — AES-256 + RSA encrypted API calls, order status polling, and signed webhooks — so your WooCommerce store just shows Keepz as a normal payment method at checkout. Customers who don't want to enter card details can pay straight from their banking app instead, which is increasingly common for everyday purchases in Georgia.
One gateway, three ways to pay
Keepz gives Georgian shoppers the payment method they're already comfortable with — without you integrating three separate systems.
Bank card
Visa and Mastercard payments processed through Keepz's card acquiring, same as any standard gateway.
Open banking
Customers approve the payment straight from their banking app — BOG, TBC, Credo, or Liberty Bank — no card number to type.
QR code
Show a QR code at checkout or on a printed receipt and let the customer scan and pay from their phone — useful for pickup orders and in-person sales.
From checkout to confirmed order
Quickpay sits between WooCommerce and Keepz's encrypted API, so no custom code touches your store.
Customer checks out
They pick Keepz at WooCommerce checkout and are redirected to a secure Keepz payment page.
Customer pays their way
Card, open banking, or QR — whichever they choose, Keepz processes the payment and encrypts the result.
Order updates automatically
A signed webhook confirms the payment, WooCommerce marks the order paid, and the customer is redirected back to your store.
A full integration, not a thin redirect
Everything a serious store needs to run Keepz day to day.
Native WC payment method
Keepz shows up as a real gateway option in classic and Blocks checkout, with full HPOS support.
Express Buy Now
Add a Pay with Keepz button directly on product pages for a faster checkout.
Full & partial refunds
Issue refunds straight from the WooCommerce order screen — Quickpay calls Keepz's refund API for you.
Reliable order sync
Signed webhooks plus a cron fallback mean no order gets stuck pending because a callback was missed.
Branded gateway icon
Keepz shows its own icon at WooCommerce checkout so customers recognize it before they click through — they then pick card, open banking, or QR on Keepz's own payment page.
Georgian & English
Checkout and admin strings ship in both languages out of the box.
Test mode
Try the full flow against Keepz's sandbox before switching to live credentials.

Questions, answered
Does the Keepz WooCommerce plugin cost anything?
The Quickpay plugin itself is free. You pay only for the Keepz gateway module you activate in your Quickpay dashboard — a domain-licensed subscription with a free tier for low volume. Quickpay never takes a percentage of your sales.
Do I need my own Keepz account?
Yes. You bring your own Keepz integrator credentials (identifier, integrator ID, receiver ID and RSA keys), the same way you'd bring your own BOG or TBC merchant account. Quickpay never uses a shared account on your behalf.
Does Keepz support QR code payments?
Yes. Keepz can generate a payment QR code that customers scan and pay from their phone — useful for pickup orders, delivery, or any in-person sale alongside your online store.
What is open banking, and does Keepz support it?
Open banking lets a customer approve a payment directly from their bank's app instead of typing a card number. Keepz supports open banking with BOG, TBC, Credo and Liberty Bank, in addition to standard card payments.
Is my customers' card data safe?
Yes. All Keepz API traffic between Quickpay and Keepz is encrypted with AES-256 and RSA, and card details are entered on Keepz's own secure payment page — never on your WordPress site or Quickpay's servers.
Can I refund a Keepz payment from WooCommerce?
Yes. Full and partial refunds are available directly from the WooCommerce order screen. Quickpay calls Keepz's refund API and updates the order status once the refund is confirmed.
