Common questions

Where do I see the price of a gateway?

Open any gateway card to reach its module page, where every billing period — monthly, quarterly, biannual, annual and lifetime — is listed in full, along with any bank transaction fee that applies.

How do I pay for modules?

Billing is currently manual: transfer the amount to our IBAN and reference your merchant ID. An admin confirms and activates your subscription immediately. Self-service billing using our own platform is coming soon.

Are there transaction fees?

No. Quickpay charges only for module subscriptions — we take zero percent of your payment volume. The only fees you pay are the ones your bank charges for their gateway service.

What happens when a module expires?

You get a 3-day grace period. After that, the module is deactivated — your credentials and all data are always retained. Re-activate instantly the moment you renew.

Can I run multiple stores from one account?

Yes. Create multiple Brands inside one account. Each Brand has its own gateway credentials, API keys, analytics, and module subscriptions — all from the same dashboard login.

Do I need a module license for every website?

Gateway modules are licensed per Brand (domain). If you run two separate stores, each brand needs its own module subscription. One account can hold unlimited brands.
